Cleanses
There is no strict regimen of time associated with this cleanse. You can replace your meals with the times you generally have breakfast, lunch and dinner. However, try to have your breakfast juice before 10am and your evening meal by 7pm for optimal effects.
Pickup 1 hour PRIOR to close is highly appreciated. Thank you in advance. Our operating business days are as follows;

If you have missed your pick-up date, please be advised that your order will be ready to pick up on the next available business day.
We offer Next Day shipping services across the GTA (Etobicoke, Mississauga, North York, Scarborough, & Toronto). Our services include local Toronto deliveries Sunday to Saturday, and Etobicoke, Mississauga, North York, and Scarborough all week as well. For Southern Ontario, we ship across multiple regions which include but not limited to Ajax, Pickering, Oakville, Richmond Hill, Oshawa, Markham. - You may experience a bit of light-headedness/headache.
- If you consume caffeine frequently, or potentially have parasites this can impact you most on Day 1 and Day 2, but subside on Day 3.
- Expect frequent urination and bowel movements.
- Refrain from vigorous exercise and strenuous activity.
- Frequent hydration with water in between juices will help to avoid/aid with these symptoms.
It's important to hydrate throughout the day. Many times when we feel hungry, we are in fact dehydrated. Drink water at the first urge to eat. 16oz or more is ideal.
If you begin to feel really hungry even after consuming water, your cleanse includes (2) 8oz juices to help stave off cravings in between your 12oz juices designated for Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner. They are labelled (S1) Snack #1 and (S2) Snack #2.
AS YOU FINISH A JUICE, REMEMBER TO...
- FILL EACH BOTTLE WITH WATER; LEAVING A LITTLE ROOM
- SHAKE.
- DRINK.
A great way to ease into your cleanse is to begin to eliminate the following all at once or day by day:
- Processed and Refined Fods
- Caffeine
- Alcohol
- Dairy
- Meat and Fish
- Wheat
- Salt and Unrefined Sugar
Foods recommended to consume during or after your cleanse are water based fruit and vegetables including Melons, Grapes, Cucumber, Tomatoes, in addition to Raw Carrot, Beets, and Leafy Greens. Oranges, Figs and Apricots and Sweet Potato are great choices to consider as well.
You still may feel like you need to eat something! That's ok.
Don't look at it as a failure or a cheat. It's important to listen to what your body needs.
Please see Step #3 - Restore, of the Classic Juice Co. Cleanse process. At this Step, we highlight the benefits of our recommended Sea Moss Drinks as a way to restore your system with minerals after our cleanse.
After the cleanse, we recommend you begin to incorporate whole foods back into your system: grains like quinoa, kamut, fresh fruits, vegetables, salads, and clear soups for the first few days.
You can slowly begin to introduce meat and dairy back into your system shortly thereafter.

Consider a juice cleanse as a meditation for your "2nd brain"...your gut! By giving your digestive system a rest, you reap the benefits of improved mood, alertness, focus, and awareness.
When you add mindful practices to this physical resting period, you feed your spirit and begin to cleanse your "3rd brain"...your heart! You can improve your connection with the Divine, by aligning your energy and becoming centred within.
In addition to this cleanse we also recommend that you take warm baths, with Epsom Salts, Lavender Oil and Baking Soda to Detox. Use rich nourishing soaps and lotions following your detox baths.
Be mindful and intentional of what you watch, read, how/with whom you communicate.
It’s best not to exert yourself during a cleanse. Instead we recommend that you partake in self care activities; meditation, reiki, yoga, journaling, art, long walks, connecting with nature, taking warm baths, with Epsom Salts, Lavender Oil and Baking Soda to Detox. Use rich nourishing soaps and lotions following your detox baths.

Juices
Our juices last a minimum of 5 days.
Juice should be stored in the refrigerator as, soon as possible, as far back as possible to maintain a temperature of 4 degrees Celsius or lower. Keeping juice close to a refrigerator light or in the door of a fridge is not recommended. Once it’s removed from the refrigeration state it’s best to consume within 1-2 hours.
Some signs that will indicate if your juices are no longer fresh include:
The bottle has swelled
There is a sizzling sound when you the bottle
The juice has a fizzy/rancid taste.
DO NOT consume if the juice has any of these properties.
